On September 19th, ACTA sent letters to the regents at the University of Michigan in response to the news that members of the Central Student Government (CSG) were withholding funds from all student clubs in order to pressure the board of regents to divest from companies who do business with the State of Israel. ACTA called on the board to uphold their fiduciary duties to enforce university policies by punishing those who have violated them. ACTA also recommended the board take emergency action to allow for student activities to resume.
