ACTA Letter to Texas Public University Regents

Today, ACTA sent a letter to regents at all public universities in Texas urging adoption of several recommendations included in the Texas Senate Subcommittee on Higher Education’s Interim Report to the 89th Legislature that was published in January. Among other recommendations, ACTA urged state institutions to adopt the Chicago Principles on Freedom of Expression and the Kalven Report on institutional neutrality.
