Hanna Hotes

Associate Director of People Operations

As the Associate Director of People Operations, Hanna works closely with the Chief Operating Officer/Senior VP of Finance, providing logistical and operational support to the office. In this role, she manages ACTA’s human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, and compliance. Additionally, Hanna focuses on supporting the current workforce in achieving professional goals, ensuring employees fully utilize available benefits and developing and implementing policies that enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Hanna is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds the SHRM-CP credential, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in HR practices. She earned her degree from Christopher Newport University, majoring in American Studies and Political Science, with minors in Photography and Video Art, which reflects her passion for the arts and adds a creative dimension to her professional profile.
